An Obstetric Problem Mother

An obstetric problem mother with her 9 months old baby was referred from Andakobi Health centre to Goroka Provincial Hospital for further treatment.

Due to lack of logistics support, the obstetrics problem mother and her guidian walked through the bush track of Andakobi. It takes two nights to reach Menyamya station and hoped on a PMV to Lae then to Goroka.

She got treated and was referred to maternal waiting home to be accommodated and cared awaiting repatriation.
